No Bake Keto Choc Mint Bliss Balls

Snacks are life and when you’re following a keto diet, it’s good to have some keto friendly snacks up your sleeve. These no bake keto choc-mint balls are really easy to make. You can whip up a batch and keep them in the fridge to have on hand.

They are gluten free, sugar free and keto friendly, and the best part? No bake! 10 minutes tops is all it will take to make these.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp cacao
  • 8 drops stevia liquid
  • 4 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 1 tbsp nut milk (made using our Nut Mylk Base)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Steps

In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and combine

Spoon out a tablespoons worth of mixture and roll into a ball and place onto a plate or container

Repeat for entire mixture and refrigerate to set
