Vegan Blondies

When we put together this vegan blondies recipe, we really didn’t anticipate how DELICIOUS they’d be!

If you haven’t baked with chickpeas, we strongly suggest you give it a go. These vegan blondies are the epitome of a moist texture, thanks to the combination of chickpeas and oat flour.

These vegan blondies are;

perfectly sweet
they are low GI
refined sugar free
high in dietary fibre
