How to make Ulu Hye's

Salted Caramel Date Smoothie

We love a smoothie here at Ulu Hye HQ and this one from Karina of @cleaneats_breakfasttreats is a guilt-free sweet treat. Featuring Medjool dates, which provides a boost of fibre and  antioxidants, as well as potassium, magnesium, copper and Vitamin B6 – this simple smoothie is packed with goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of Almond Mylk Base
  • 500ml water
  • 40g salted caramel protein
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 10 whole almonds
  • 1-2 large Medjool dates
  • Pinch of salt
  • Handful of ice

Steps

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Pour into glass and add a dust of cinnamon (optional)
