We love this beautiful bircher muesli bowl recipe because we are busy women! You whip some up, pop it in the fridge, then breakfast is ready for the next few days ahead.

It’s quick, easy, nutritious and super creamy as the oats soak up all the milk. This recipe makes around 4 serves

In a large container, add all of the ingredients except milk into the container

Pour milk over ingredients covering everything really well (the oats will soak up the liquid so, more is better)

Give everything a really good stir, then cover and refrigerate overnight

Breakfast is now ready to serve. Spoon out desired amount and top with peanut butter, fresh fruit or anything you wish!
