We love this beautiful bircher muesli bowl recipe because we are busy women! You whip some up, pop it in the fridge, then breakfast is ready for the next few days ahead.
It’s quick, easy, nutritious and super creamy as the oats soak up all the milk. This recipe makes around 4 serves
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1.5 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch cinnamon
- 1 tbsp antioxidant super food powder (we used Mindful foods - Star Dust)
- Small handful of frozen berries
- Nut milk (made using our Nut Mylk Base)
