Boy oh boy doesn’t this fluffy blueberry pancake bake look utterly divine? This recipe has been created by the wonderful @diannayota and we are so excited to share it with you!
Breakfast in dessert form is always a bonus for us and just because it’s in dessert form doesn’t mean it’s unhealthy.
This blueberry pancake bake only contains 4 ingredients with no added sugar or sweetener. The addition of protein powder makes this pancake bake the perfect level of sweet.
Our Mylk Bases are so handy for this recipe. No need to make a litre at a time if you don’t need. Make what you want, when you want.

Ingredients
- 40g self raising flour
- 10g choc hazelnut vegan protein (Dianna uses Happy Way)
- 30g of frozen blueberries
- 70ml of almond milk (made using our Almond Mylk Base) *Tip: Blend your milk the night before and let it thicken up overnight
