We love this brownie recipe because it’s super clean, refined sugar free and gluten free – yet looks like this!
At Ulu Hye HQ, we are big advocates for treats and desserts made healthy. It is so easy to do. Here, these choc protein fudge brownies have ripe bananas and protein powder to sweeten. Not only are these brownies refined sugar free, they are high in fibre, which makes this choc fudge goodness a really healthy snack.

Ingredients
- 3 overripe bananas
- 1/4 C cacao powder
- 2 scoops choc protein powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg or egg replacement (Chia egg: 1 tbsp chia seeds, 3 tbsp water)
- 1/4 C almond milk (made using our Almond Mylk Base)
- Pinch of salt
- 3 squares of dark chocolate crushed
