No Bake Bounty Balls

What do you do with leftover homemade condensed milk? You make Bounty Balls of course! Yummy, simple and a taste of nostalgia, these Bounty Balls are really fun to make and easy enough to get the kids involved. Also approved by our mini Chief of Tasting, Zigi, so you know it’s good.

Let’s get ready to roll…

Ingredients

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream (the thick part in the can of coconut milk)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup homemade condensed milk
  • 1 block of chocolate

Steps

1

Melt coconut oil and place all ingredients (except chocolate) into a bowl and mix well until thoroughly combined.
2

Refrigerate for 10 minutes then roll into balls (make sure you squeeze the mixture to take shape). Pop in the fridge for 20 minutes.
3

Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments or water bath on the stove. Roll balls into melted chocolate and refrigerate until set then enjoy!
4

Note: can be frozen or kept in the fridge for around 5 days
