How to make Ulu Hye's

4-Ingredient Ice Cream Bars

No matter what the weather, ice-cream is always a good idea, especially when it’s this easy. With only 4 ingredients and minimum effort, we think this might be our new favourite recipe. Say goodbye to time-consuming desserts and give our yummy vegan ice cream bars a go. We topped ours with cacao powder, crushed nuts and chopped up chocolate but choose whatever tickles your fancy, and don’t forget to share your delicious creations with us!

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 300ml yoghurt (we used coconut)
  • 1 tbsp Nut Mylk Base
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

Combine ingredients into a high speed blender and process until thoroughly mixed.

Pour into moulds and top with whatever you fancy. We used cacao powder, crushed nuts and chopped up chocolate.

Freeze until set, then enjoy!
