If you’ve got 5 minutes (and seriously, who doesn’t?), you’ve got time to make these extra tasty treats. Whether you’re in the mood for a snack or just a pick-me-up, round up your ingredients below, get blending and roll on.
Great for big and little kids, we blitz these really well for the entire family to enjoy. We recommend making a big batch, as they do refrigerate for one week.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Nut Mylk BaseÂ
- 2 tbsp rice malt syrup or other sticky sweetener
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
