5 Minute Bliss Balls

We’re so excited to share our latest Bliss Balls recipe with you! Not only is it healthy and delicious, it’s also super quick and easy to make. If you’ve got 5 minutes (and seriously, who doesn’t?), you’ve got time to make these extra tasty treats. Whether you’re in the mood for a snack or just a pick-me-up, round up your ingredients below, get blending and roll on.

Great for big and little kids, we blitz these really well for the entire family to enjoy. We recommend making a big batch, as they do refrigerate for one week.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup sultanas
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
