Chocolate Banana Baked Oats

Our friend Karina from @cleaneats_breakfasttreats has done it once again with this delicious Chocolate Banana Baked Oats recipe. An indulgent start to the day or post-workout treat, this decadent yet healthy treat requires little prep time and only 20 minutes in the oven. Easy to make and guilt-free, it’s bound to be a new brekky favourite!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 20g chocolate protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp maca
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or chocolate milk (made using our Almond Mylk Base or Chocolate Mylk Base)

Steps

Mash 1/2 a banana in a bowl and add all other ingredients

Pour mixture into a greased bake proof dish

Slice the remaining banana and place on top

Bake at 180° C for 20 minutes or until set

Top with all your favourites such as cacao nibs, fresh raspberries and yoghurt (as pictured)
