How to make Ulu Hye's

Choc Banana Baked Oats

We’re obsessed with @cleaneats_breakfastreats‘ delicious dessert-like breakfasts that don’t just look good and taste good, but are feel-good too!

Did you know you can almost anything in your air fryer? It’s true! This Chocolate Banana Baked Oats recipe is super easy to make and takes little to no time to prepare. Simply make your own almond milk using our Almond Mylk Base and whip all of the ingredients together before popping in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein
  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup almond milk (made with Ulu Hye Almond Mylk Base
 

Steps

Combine all ingredients in a bowl

Transfer into a small ramekin that's been lightly sprayed with oil

Place in your air fryer on 160° for 15 minutes or until your desire liking

Let it cool slightly before enjoying

Top with your favourites, for this recipe, yoghurt, fresh berries, cocoa dust and Macro Mike chocolate biscuit almond butter was used
